Added details of the wrong Hill Fort so updating the post. The ponies are one of the older breeds I do not know what they are they look different to New Forest ponies – they look right in the historic environment UPDATE – just had a google They are Exmoor Ponies – Sadly one was recently killed by yobs letting off fireworks on the hill and causing it to bolt.
