The goslings are always so cute and grow up so quickly. I was at Council Point Park on Saturday and there were two geese families with easily 20-22 goslings between them. I wanted to take a photo of them, but just then a group of young boys came along and shouted and waved their arms in the air and scared the families right into the water – grrrr. Then they ran around the area, doing the same thing to adult geese grazing and they took flight. The boys are lucky they were not attacked by the geese.

Yes Andy – it is sad. I’ve been back to the Park several times since then and the two families are gone, likely not going to get terrorized any more.
