    • A very English seaside thing – They are Beach Huts. They are wooden and often brightly coloured, sheds above the high tide mark on bathing beaches. They are generally used as a shelter from the weather and changing into and out of swimming costumes. and for the safe storing of some personal belongings. While many beach huts were former fishermen’s huts or converted Victorian bathing machines today most are purpose-built.
