Another successful nature hike for you Andy. I like how you identified the birds in the video … the Dunlins’ voices while looking for food made me smile. The Egrets take mighty big steps don’t they?

Egret has a funny walk with those steps for sure Linda, I was experimenting with the editing of the video I thought it worked quite well. I find sound always a bit of an issue sue to wind noise.

It was a clever idea to ID all those birds Andy. Yes, wind is an issue sometimes (also for camera shake). We are having horribly gusty winds and today I learned only five states in the U.S. have these high winds and we are one of them. With winds that high, it is hard to walk steady so I’ve had to forego walking.
