you got them in great light Andy! Excellent shots and I love that hint of green on them. I talked to a friend about them. We do not get them here at all.
Thanks, Wayne they seem to change colour in different lights and how it reflects off their feathers I was pleased I captures the glossy green. These birds have become a regular on the south coast this is the 1st year I have seen them I am wondering if they going to be like the Little Egret which 15 years ago was a rare sight here and now I see more than Grey Herons.
